Elizabeth Rodano, EdD
Elizabeth (Liz) holds a Doctor of Education in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Masters in Human Services with a focus in Family Services and Interventions. She is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector as well as a NJ Certified K-5 Teacher, a 500-hr certified yoga instructor, a NYS T-TAP Credentialed Trainer, and an adjunct instructor with Southern New Hampshire University and the American College of Education.
She is passionate about empowering teachers to deliver the highest quality programming to their children. With over 20 years in the field as a teacher, director, administrator, and professor, she brings a unique lens to all of her offerings. Liz has presented at the state, national, and international levels on timely topics in the field of ECE. She looks forward to learning how she can best assist you and/or your program!
Dana Doyle
Dana has been in the field of early childhood education for over 30 years. She holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education is a NYS T-TAP Credentialed Trainer. These past 13 years, Dana has provided high-quality professional development opportunities for early childhood professionals across the NY region, including the state conference. Her years of experience also include 20 years of teaching in both therapeutic and traditional early childhood programs where she developed a deep understanding of child, curriculum and program development. Dana's extensive hands-on experience in the classroom, combined with conversations with educators across the state, allows her to truly understand the needs of today's young children and the people that care for them.
